Prenatal + Birth Support

This is more than birth prep. It’s spiritual grounding, emotional alignment, and soul-centered care for one of the biggest transitions of your life.

Offered as a series of guided visits (virtual or in-person), each session is tailored to your unique path. Together, we’ll explore:

  • Birth education & decision-making

  • Mind-body practices for labor prep (breathwork, movement, and affirmation)

  • Womb + ancestral connection rituals

  • Meal planning, herbal support, and conscious nourishment

  • Emotional processing & partner/family preparation

You’ll receive four - six prenatal visits If you feel like you’d benefit from additional sessions as we move along. Whether to prep your partner more, go deeper into your spiritual work, or just have more touchpoints — I do offer add-on prenatal sessions as needed.

Birth Support

  • 24/7 on-call availability starting at 37 weeks

  • Continuous labor support at home or hospital

  • Hands-on comfort measures: massage, aromatherapy, acupressure, grounding touch

  • Sacred space creation (lighting, sound, protection, altar setup if desired)

  • Advocacy and guidance throughout birth

  • Immediate postpartum support (up to 2 hours after birth)

    (includes four prenatal visits, birth attendance, and immediate postpartum care)

    This package serves families in the Metro Atlanta area, within 35 miles of zip code 30126 (Austell/Mableton area).

    • Travel outside this radius may require an additional fee for mileage and/or overnight stay if needed. Please reach out for a custom quote if you’re unsure whether your location is included.

  • Prenatal Add-On Sessions: $125 each

  • Virtual Prenatal Only (for those outside my travel radius): $888

  • Sliding scale options available for families with financial hardship — reach out to discuss

Postpartum Support.

The postpartum period often called the “fourth trimester” is a tender, powerful time of integration and rebirth. Just as the baby is born, so too is the parent. This offering is designed to honor your transition, provide grounded care, and create space for rest, healing, and reflection.

Postpartum support is not just about recovery. It’s about being witnessed, held, and nourished as you navigate the early days of parenthood and meet the new version of yourself.

Whether you’ve just given birth or are weeks into your journey, I meet you where you are, with presence, practical help, and sacred care.

This container is designed to nourish your whole self, physical, emotional, spiritual, and ancestral while helping you transition into this new chapter with support and grace.

What’s Included:

Offered over a 4- or 6-week period (your choice), with flexible visit frequency based on your needs.

Each visit may include:

  • Yoni steaming + womb wrapping

  • Reiki + energetic alignment

  • Spiritual bathing rituals (clearing, grounding, or blessing)

  • Meal preparation + herbal nourishment

  • Emotional check-ins & spiritual witnessing

  • Breastfeeding support (as a certified peer counselor)

  • Light baby care, so you can sleep, shower, or simply breathe

  • Ongoing voice/text support for questions, integration, and encouragement

Postpartum care can be deeply customized based on your needs and can be:

  • Standalone (great for those who already have a birth doula)

  • Or part of a full-spectrum package including prenatal and birth support

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Closing of the Bones Ceremony: $222
    A sacred rite to energetically seal the birth portal, integrate your journey, and call your spirit fully back into your body.

  • Extended Support Visits: $175 per 3-hour visit
    For when you need more time, more care, or a longer container.

  • Virtual postpartum coaching/support (for clients outside GA) starts at $88/hr.

Closing of the Bones Ceremony.

A sacred return to self

This ceremony is offered as a sacred container for transition, integration, and restoration. Whether you’re emerging from birth, grief, loss, relationship shifts, identity transformation, or simply shedding an old version of yourself, Closing of the Bones holds space for your body and spirit to be witnessed, honored, and lovingly gathered back together.

This ritual is open to all genders and all stages of life. You do not need to be postpartum to receive this work.

Each ceremony is intuitively guided and tailored to your unique journey. It may include:

• Guided meditation or prayer

• Energetic clearing & Reiki

• Sound healing

• Womb or pelvic wrapping (using rebozo or cloth)

• Herbal foot bath or yoni steam (if desired)

• Touch therapy, gentle massage, or body anointing

• Space for reflection, storytelling, and emotional release

This is a time to be held. To rest. To come back to yourself.

Available as a standalone offering or as part of postpartum or grief care.

Placenta Services.

Honoring the sacred transition of birth, our placenta services are designed to support your postpartum healing with reverence, care, and intention. Rooted in ancestral wisdom and holistic practice, we offer a range of options to transform your placenta into nourishing, long-lasting remedies.

What’s Included:

Placenta Pickup

I provide safe and timely pickup of your placenta from your birth location (home, birth center, or hospital). Please notify me in advance so I can be on-call around your estimated due date.

Placenta Encapsulation

The placenta is gently steamed (optional), dehydrated, ground, and placed into vegan capsules. Many birthing people report increased energy, mood stability, and enhanced milk production from taking placenta capsules. Choose from:

• Traditional Method (steamed with warming herbs)

• Raw Start Method (dehydrated without steaming)

Comes with:

• 80–150 capsules (yield varies)

• Storage and dosage instructions

• Optional herbal blend for added support

Placenta Tincture

A powerful, long-lasting remedy. A portion of your placenta is steeped in high-proof alcohol to create a tincture that can be used for:

• Hormonal support (especially during weaning or menopause)

• Energetic reconnection and grounding

• Lifelong use (can be shared with your child later in life)

Tinctures come in a 2oz amber glass dropper bottles.

Keepsake Options

• Placenta Print (Tree of Life Art) – Created using natural plant-based ink from your placenta on archival-quality paper.
